Extended Holiday Returns

Our return policy is extended annually during the holiday season. Purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas Eve are eligible for return/exchange per our policies through January 7th of the following year. *For 2024, this applies to purchases made from 11/30/2024 through 12/24/2024. Purchases made during this time period are eligible for return/exchange per our policies through 01/07/2025.  Return requests for online purchases must be made by 12/31/2024 or within 10 days of delivery, whichever is greater.

Merchandise must be in new, unworn, unused condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns on items that do not satisfy these requirements. Items on markdown marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Apothecary + Beauty goods are final sale. Items purchased during promotional periods (i.e. flash sales on full priced goods) are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Promotional prices not valid on prior purchases.

Items on markdown are not eligible for return or exchange. Return Policy: Online Orders

We kindly ask that you request approval for a return or exchange by contacting us at shop@folcland.com. Return requests may be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be in new, unworn, unused condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns on items that do not satisfy these requirements. Items on markdown marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment less the cost of shipping. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Order Processing & Shipping Policies

Standard (USPS or UPS Ground) - $7.50
Standard (USPS or UPS Ground, orders over $100) - FREE
Expedited (USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day) - $18.00

Local customers can select free in-store pick-up option at checkout. Orders for in-store pick up are usually ready same or next business day. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. We offer complimentary standard shipping via USPS or UPS Ground on all orders of $100.00 or more. Expedited (2-Day) shipping is also available at checkout. If you need your item sooner, please call us directly at 970-423-6377 during normal business hours.

Signature required on all orders of $500 or more. 

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Gift Card Purchases

E-gift cards can be purchased online! Physical gift cards can be purchased in store or by contacting us directly via phone or email. 

Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. If merchandise items are included with your order of a gift card, the coupon value will only apply to merchandise items.

Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards. If merchandise items are included with your order of a gift card, tax will only apply to merchandise items.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

To redeem your gift card, please enter the unique gift card code at check-out or present at the time of sale in store so our staff can enter and redeem for you in person.

Folcland is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. We recommend recipients of e-gift cards to save their unique gift card link or print their gift card code.
