DIRECTIONS: Scoop 1 tbsp of herbs into a heat-safe bowl. Pour hot water over the herbs until they are about 1" covered. Lower your head down toward the aromatic vapors. Cover your head with a towel to enclose the vapors. Breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes. Follow this ritual with you favorite face serum to lock in moisture. Use 1-2 times weekly.
