Return Policy: In Store Purchases

Return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new, unworn, unused condition with original tags attached. Proof of purchase required (we can almost always verify a purchase on our end should you misplace a receipt!). Items on markdown are not eligible for return or exchange. Apothecary + Beauty goods are final sale. Items purchased during promotional periods (i.e. flash sales on full priced goods) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Return Policy: Online Orders

We kindly ask that you request approval for a return or exchange by contacting us at shop@folcland.com. Return requests may be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be in new, unworn, unused condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns on items that do not satisfy these requirements. Items on markdown marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Apothecary + Beauty goods are final sale. Items purchased during promotional periods (i.e. flash sales on full priced goods) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment less the cost of shipping. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Order Processing & Shipping Policies

Standard (USPS or UPS Ground) - $7.50
Standard (USPS or UPS Ground, orders over $100) - FREE
Expedited (USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day) - $18.00

Local customers can select free in-store pick-up option at checkout. Orders for in-store pick up are usually ready same or next business day. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. We offer complimentary standard shipping via USPS or UPS Ground on all orders of $100.00 or more. Expedited (2-Day) shipping is also available at checkout. If you need your item sooner, please call us directly at 970-423-6377 during normal business hours.

Signature required on all orders of $500 or more. 

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
