Return Policy: In Store Purchases

Return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new, unworn, unused condition with original tags attached. Proof of purchase required (we can almost always verify a purchase on our end should you misplace a receipt!). Items on markdown are not eligible for return or exchange. Apothecary goods are final sale.

 

Return Policy: Online Orders

We kindly ask that you request a return or exchange by contacting us at shop@folcland.com. Return requests may be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be in new, unworn, unused condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns on items that do not satisfy these requirements. Postage is non-refundable. Items on markdown are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Apothecary goods are final sale.

 

Order Processing & Shipping Policies

Standard (UPS Ground) - $7.00
Standard (UPS Ground, orders over $150) - FREE
Expedited (UPS 2-Day) - $18.00

Local customers can select free in-store pick-up option at checkout. Orders for in-store pick up are usually ready same or next business day. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. We offer complimentary standard shipping via UPS Ground on all orders of $150.00 or more. Expedited (2-Day) shipping is also available at checkout. If you need your item sooner, please call us directly at 970-423-6377 during normal business hours.

Signature required on all orders of $500 or more. 

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

CoVid Safety: In Store Shopping

We are abiding by all local and CDC recommended guidelines and mandates regarding safe retail practices during the ongoing pandemic at our physical retail store. We require that all guests wear a mask or face covering when visiting, use hand sanitizers upon entering, and practice social distancing while shopping. Our fitting rooms are open and we are taking extra measures to ensure proper sanitation to mitigate the spread of viruses and germs. At this time, we are currently limited to 6 guests at any given time.
